Day 1

DAY 1 Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park (2 hours drive).

Your first full day begins with a scenic drive from Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park in a comfortable 4×4 safari vehicle. After breakfast, travel through the countryside toward the park, with a stop in Mto wa Mbu, a lively market town known for fresh produce, local crafts, and diverse cultures. After exploring the market, continue to Lake Manyara for an exciting game drive. Famous for its beautiful landscapes, abundant wildlife, and stunning views, the park offers excellent opportunities for photography and memorable safari experiences.

Day 2

DAY 2 Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park (5 hours drive)

Day two begins with an early breakfast before setting off toward the legendary Serengeti National Park. Enjoy a scenic journey through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you may spot elephants, buffalo, baboons, and other wildlife along the way. Although the drive to the Serengeti gates takes several hours, the changing landscapes make the journey memorable. Along the route, you can visit the Olduvai Gorge Museum, famously known as the “Cradle of Mankind,” and discover fascinating insights into human evolution and ancient history.
Day 3

DAY 3 Serengeti National Park Game Drive (Full day)

Start your day before sunrise with an exciting early-morning game drive through the Serengeti. Watch lions and leopards actively hunting while hippos return peacefully to their pools, surrounded by the sounds of Africa’s abundant birdlife. Return to your accommodation around 9:00 a.m. for a relaxed breakfast before heading out again at approximately 10:30 a.m. Your experienced driver-guide will tailor the route according to seasonal conditions and your wildlife interests, maximizing every opportunity for unforgettable sightings. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in the Serengeti.

Day 4

DAY 4: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area (3 hours drive)

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive across the Serengeti, followed by an early lunch at your accommodation. Continue with a scenic transit game drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, traveling through changing landscapes toward the crater rim. Along the way, watch for graceful cheetahs, elusive leopards, busy hyenas, and powerful lions. Arrive in the Ngorongoro area later in the day, where you’ll enjoy dinner and an overnight stay on the crater rim or in nearby Karatu, according to your accommodation preference.
Day 5

DAY 5 Ngorongoro Crater – Lake Eyasi (1.5 hours drive)

After breakfast, you’ll travel to the Ngorongoro Crater, which is regarded as the World’s Eighth Wonder by UNESCO. You’ll quickly understand why this vast, verdant caldera has earned such a high reputation when you see it for the first time from the panoramic viewpoint. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is one of the most popular safari destinations in the world, with over 120 mammal species, including the fabled Big Five. It’s a great place to see the endangered black rhinoceros enjoying a solitary meal out of the grass plains, as well as large groups of hippopotamus enjoying the cool water.

Day 6

DAY 6 Lake Eyasi – Arusha (3.5 hours drive)

Your final day begins before breakfast with a visit to the Hadzabe community, where you’ll experience their traditional hunter-gatherer lifestyle. Despite Tanzania’s modern development, the Hadzabe have preserved many customs and practices passed down through generations. Accompanied by local hunters, you’ll witness traditional tracking, hunting techniques, and their deep connection with the surrounding environment. This authentic cultural encounter offers valuable insight into one of Tanzania’s oldest communities. After the experience, continue your journey back to Arusha, marking the end of your unforgettable 6-day safari.
